Driven For You Limited Actions and Ongoing Contingency Planning
At Driven For You we believe it is important for ALL of us that we endeavour to keep the impact on our day to day business to a minimum and that business re-deployment and continuity continues to be a major focus.
We continue to recognise it is important we take all necessary precautions on behalf of all of our customers and colleagues and have / are taking the following actions:
We have completed our investment in hardware so all office staff can work remotely in order to create as much continuity of service as is achievable.
All Driven For You driver suppliers and office colleagues have, again, been formally written to advising of actions to take to avoid contracting and spreading the virus as is possible. We will continue to update and remind all colleagues verbally and in writing with updates.
In terms of managing the expectations of delivery points - we ask all clients to wipe down contact areas inside and outside vehicles immediately at delivery and we will also do the same at collection. In the absence of readily available hand sanitiser and wipes we are have reminded all drivers today to carry both a wet, soapy, cloth and a dry cloth so they can wipe surfaces. They have also been told to wash hands as frequently as possible.
Office colleagues will not be making any unnecessary trips / meetings with clients – Lockdown has proven that face to face meetings can be held over the internet.
We are working hard to increase and maintain our deliveries as best we can and will endeavour to reduce and mitigate any issues as they arise.
We will have to respond to each issue as it arises and work with you to resolve it. Each situation will be different. Your assistance and understanding in such circumstances will be greatly appreciated – let’s work together to keep the potential frustration to a minimum.
